2,300 acres of beautiful land filled with forests to pastures to 28 acre Lake Haigler and four other fishing ponds. Trails are open for hiking, mountain biking, jogging, horseback riding, and guided nature tours. The trail system is 32 miles long and maps are posted at all entrances. The property also houses two rental facilities for both formal and informal events and campsites.
History and nature come together at Kings Mountain State park, a retreat with over 6800 acres. There are several lakes, hiking trails and horsebackriding trails. The park has 116 campsites with water and elctrical hook ups, plus 10 rustic sites. Teh historical farm includes a cotton gin and blacksmith & carpenter shop. Pets must be on a leashor restrained at all times.
